Does your business have a website yet? If not, what’s holding you back from having one? Time? Money? Lack of knowledge? Something else? What if you could have a website for your business quickly and inexpensively WITHOUT having to learn a bunch of new skills?
Today, I’m introducing three new websites that are available in my shop that will give you just that – an inexpensive website that doesn’t skimp on quality for the sake of price and requires ZERO coding knowledge or your part to set it up or maintain.
These sites are built to the exact same standards as the custom designed sites I create for clients. The only difference is that, instead of starting from nothing and building the site around your specific content, I’ve built a beautiful site that’s all ready to have your content added to it.
Since the site framework is already built and waiting for your content, I can offer my best design work at a MUCH lower cost than custom and with a relatively quick turnaround from purchase to launch to boot.
Below you will find a preview of each of the new sites available (I’ll update this post as new sites are added to my shop). If you scroll beyond the previews, you’ll find more information about what is included if you purchase one.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included with the purchase of a ready made website?
Your purchase of one of these ready made websites includes:
– A single license to use the website template for your business for as long as you want.
– Adding the content you provide to the site to replace the example content in the existing page layouts as shown in their live previews. “Content” includes images, text and your existing logo and brand elements as applicable.
– Customizing the colors of the site to match your brand. This includes changing the color of links, buttons and backgrounds as applicable to the theme you purchase.
– Adding up to 3 blog posts.
– Uploading the completed site to your existing hosting account if you choose to have me do so. If you’d rather do the uploading, you will be provided with your website in a ZIP file and instructions to do it yourself.
For the Shop Website Only
– Adding up to 10 products to your shop.
For the Services Website Only
– Customizing the services page to suit your business. This can mean simply changing the content and leaving the design as is OR creating a custom page layout.
For the Blog Website Only
– Adding up to 5 additional blog posts on top of the 3 included with all sites.
How long does it take to go from purchase to launching my website?
The time from purchase to launch depends a bit on my workload at the time of purchase but generally once I have all of the content for your website I can have a live preview of your site ready for you to check out and approve in about a week. Once that live preview is approved, I can generally upload the site to your hosting the same or next business day and you will be ready to put it to work for you.
What do you need from me to customize the site for my business?
Before I can get started customizing one of the ready made sites for your business I will need to have all of your content. This means that I will need you to provide me with the text you’d like on each page as well as any images you’d like to replace the example images with. I will also need your logo file if you have one and any existing branding elements or colors that your business uses.
What if I don’t have content for my site yet?
If you don’t have the text for your site prepared already, I will provide you with customized worksheets with prompts to help you write it. Also, if you don’t already have professional photographs for your site, I will provide you with a copy of my resource list where you can find free or inexpensive images to add to your site.
Please keep in mind that I will need all of the content that will be included on your site BEFORE I can start work on customizing it. If you happen to take a while creating and gathering content it will increase the time it takes to go from purchase to launch accordingly.
Do you offer website hosting as well?
At this time, I do not offer website hosting. If you don’t already have hosting, I personally use DreamHost for all of my sites and I always recommend them to my clients.
They have an awesome DreamPress plan that’s made just for WordPress. DreamPress comes with a free pre-installed SSL certificate, has built in caching, offers free daily backups and on-demand backups of your website, and it includes a free domain and free email hosting. They even automatically update WordPress for you so that you always have the most up to date version and all of the important security patches. The WordPress folks themselves even recommend them!
The DreamPress Starter plan starts at $16.95/month (USD) at the time of writing this and their starter plan is likely sufficient for anyone reading this so don’t feel like you NEED to have the more expensive plans. The DreamPress Plus plan does add free Jetpack Professional (which has some amazing features) if that’s something you’re interested in. The price tag for Plus is a little more at $24.95/month (USD) though.
DreamHost also has shared hosting that’s even less expensive but in most cases I really don’t recommend that you go with shared hosting 😉 The only way I would recommend it is if you have a super tiny website or you’re not using your site to generate income. Shared hosting doesn’t like big sites and is less reliable performance wise than other options.
My own site is on a virtual private server (VPS) with DreamHost but VPS requires a bit more attention than DreamPress does. I’d recommend VPS for advanced users only.
Bottom line, for the vast majority of people reading this, DreamPress Starter or Plus are your best bets.
